How To Get Your Tickets
You can pick up your tickets for Coliseo de Puerto Rico at: Coliseo Box Office, Ticketpop Outlets, or at Ticketpop Interactive Kiosks.
- Children 2 years and older pay regular price.
- As part of Coliseo regulations and for your safety, all minors under 16 years old must be in the company of an adult at all times during events. This rule applies to all events taking place in the Coliseo de Puerto Rico.
Coliseo De Puerto Rico Box Office
You can personally pick up your tickets at Coliseo de Puerto Rico Box Office. The Coliseo Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm, with extended hours on event days. On days of events, the box office will remain open until the show goes on stage or upon tickets availability. In the case of sports events, it will remain open until the beginning of the third period or one hour after the beginning of the event. Ticket windows are located at the East side of the main entrance.

Important When Picking Up Tickets:
To pick up your tickets at Coliseo de Puerto Rico Box Office or at Ticketpop Outlet you must show the following items to the service representative:
- A valid government- issued photo ID (Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or the United States) – or your passport (a valid ID must be issued by a government agency and include a photo and signature).
- The credit or debit card used to purchase the tickets.
- Your Order Confirmation number.
NOTE: Tickets will only be released to the owner of the credit/debit card. Tickets will not be released if the name on the ID and credit card does not match – or if the photo on the ID does not appear to be the photo of the person asking for the tickets. Tickets CANNOT be picked up by a third party unless the person presents the following documents:
Authorization letter from the person that purchased the tickets
Copy of the photo ID of the person that purchased the tickets
Printed sheet with the tickets purchasing order confirmation number
Don’t wait in “Will Call” line any longer! [email protected] allows you to print your tickets as soon as you finish making your purchase.
When you choose [email protected] as your delivery method, tickets will be sent via email, within a few minutes of your purchase. You will receive 2 emails. The first will confirm your order; the second will include the attachment with your tickets. Each ticket contains a unique barcode that will allow access to the event. Just print your [email protected] tickets and show them at the entrance the day of the event.
Tickets can be printed in color or black and white. Each ticket should be printed on standard 8.5×11-inch paper and treated like any other ticket. For your security, [email protected] tickets are individually bar coded. The barcode allows one scan per entry so any attempts to duplicate, alter or sell any copies of the [email protected] ticket may result in admittance being refused to the event.
Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4 or higher is required to use the [email protected] feature. A free copy of the software can be downloaded at adobe.com.
Remember to BRING your [email protected] tickets to the event.
Tickets purchased using this service WILL NOT be available for pick-up at the Box Office, Interactive Spots or Outlets.
Now you don’t need to print your tickets! Simply show your Smartphone with your Mobile Tickets at the entrance of the event.
Mobile Tickets is an electronic delivery method by which your tickets are sent directly to your Smartphone after your purchase. These tickets are optimized for display on Smartphone devices. You will receive two emails after your purchase – one will be your order confirmation email, and the other will be your tickets that should be scanned on your Smartphone. (On iPhone you must add the tickets to Passbook).
Mobile Tickets are individually barcoded allowing one scan per entry so any attempts to duplicate, alter, or sell any copies of the Mobile Ticket may result in admittance being refused to the event. This provides heightened security by identifying counterfeit and stolen tickets.
Mobile Tickets will arrive as an attachment in the email. All tickets for the same event will be in one PDF. If you are using any Spam filters and want to ensure that you receive the email containing your tickets, please add the email address, [email protected], to your approved Spam filter list. Please set your email to accept attachments. PDF attachments may be used on any type of Smartphone with a PDF viewer (such as Apple, Android, Windows, Blackberry, etc).
