Do you have an exclusive food and beverage provider for all events?

Yes, Coliseo de Puerto Rico provides food and beverage services during all events, including concession stands and suites through SMG’s Food & Beverage division.

Does the Coliseo de Puerto Rico provide services for patrons with disabilities? How can those visitors buy their tickets?

Coliseo de Puerto Rico has seating for visitors with disabilities throughout all levels of the building. The arena provides seats accessible to visitors with disabilities at all levels of the building, in designated areas in which may have up to three companions. When you are buying tickets, please mention that you need accessible seating in the reserved area for visitors with disabilities so we can properly assist you.

Tickets for Visitors with disabilities can be purchased at Coliseo Box Office Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm, and at Ticketpop Outlets which include WALMART stores in the Money Center Desk and participant AMIGO supermarkets in the Service Desk.

According to Law #107 on July 3, 1998, of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, people with disabilities must present the Person with Disabilities Identification card issued by the Department of Health of Puerto Rico, at the time of the purchase. The parking permit issued by the Department of Transportation and Public Works will not be valid as an identification to purchase tickets with the discount granted for people with disabilities according to Law.

The day of the event, people with disabilities must present the person with disabilities identification card issued by the Department of Health of Puerto Rico in addition to the event ticket in order to gain access to the building.

All entries to the level of the arena (Event Level) are accessible via ramps approved by the ADA. Visitors with disabilities will have the option to enter the Coliseo through elevators. The Coliseo de Puerto Rico has four elevators in its entirety, two located in the main entrance, one on the East side of the building and one on the South area.

The Coliseo de Puerto Rico offers 42 public restrooms around the building, all accessible to people with disabilities. In addition, we have four restrooms exclusively for visitors with disabilities located in the sections 102-103 and 112-113.

We have 42 parking for visitors with disabilities. Only vehicles duly identified and with the parking permit issued by the Department of Transportation and Public Works of Puerto Rico will be allowed access to this parking.

Who is the Puerto Rico Convention Center District Authority?

The Convention Center District Authority of Puerto Rico is a public corporation created by the October 4th, 2001 law #142, as amended by the August 3, 2004, Law #185. The CCDA is in charge of developing, managing and supervising the new District’s facilities. The latter include the modern Puerto Rico Convention Center Dr. Pedro Rossello González, the Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot, as well as the construction of offices, commercial and residential areas in the district.

Together with the private industry, the Authority manages projects that reach 1.3 billion dollars. This public corporation is building a city inside another city, which sets out for Puerto Rico to become a worldwide leader in the production of events, shows, and conventions.

Does the Coliseo de Puerto Rico have meeting rooms available for small groups?

Coliseo de Puerto Rico has facilities for meetings with capacities from 6 to 100 people. We have one meeting room and other areas that can be set up according to the clients’ necessities.

Does the Coliseo de Puerto Rico have parking spaces on its premises?

There are approximately 12,000 parking spaces in the surrounding areas of the Coliseo de Puerto Rico between Chardón Avenue and Hato Rey banking zone “Milla de Oro”. The parking price can vary by location.

Coliseo de Puerto Rico has 42 parking spaces for visitors with disabilities. Access to these parking spaces will be granted only to duly identified vehicles with the parking permit issued by the Department of Transportation and Public Works of Puerto Rico and the event ticket. 

How can backstage passes be obtained?

Coliseo de Puerto Rico does not provide or have access to backstage passes for events held at the building.

Coliseo de Puerto Rico can accommodate a variety of events such as concerts, cocktails, private events, sports events, parties, anniversaries, family events, among others.

Are there any ATM machines at Coliseo de Puerto Rico?

You can find three ATM machines in Coliseo de Puerto Rico. Two of those machines are located in the main level on sections 117-118 and 122-123. The third ATM machine is located in the West Arena side. Visa is our preferred method of payment, but we accept MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards and cash, both on the Box Office and the food concessions as well.

The first aid station is located in the Main Level in front of section 109-110.

Does a child need admission tickets for the events?

In most cases, children two years of age or older must have a ticket for admission, with the exception of some children’s events that require children of one year or more to have tickets. Please contact the Coliseo for specific information about the event that you are interested in.

As part of Coliseo regulations and for your safety, all minors under 16 years old must be in the company of an adult at all times during events. This rule applies to all events taking place in the Coliseo de Puerto Rico.

Is smoking allowed in Coliseo de Puerto Rico?

In compliance with Law #40 of August 3, 1993, of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, smoking is not permitted in the facilities of Coliseo de Puerto Rico.

Electronic cigarettes are prohibited within the facilities of the Coliseo de Puerto Rico.
