Ticketpop Call Center

Ticketpop’s contact number is 787-294-0001. Through the Call Center you can obtain information about events, buy tickets, and contact Customer Service. Service Representatives at the Call Center have access to specific seat selection upon availability.

Ticketpop Call Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, if you need to talk to a Service Representative, they are available for "Call Back" from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 9pm and Sunday from 9am to 6pm. You must leave your phone number and a Service Representative will return your call in the order the calls come in the system.

To BUY tickets press #4. To pay for tickets over the telephone, you may use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Ticketpop doesn’t accept debit cards or Virtual Money cards as payment method through phone. Method of payment may vary by event depending on conditions established by the event’s production team.
